ARKids First

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The ArKids First program was created in 1997 to expand health care coverage of Arkansas' uninsured low income children. It is funded by Medicaid and the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) programs as well as state spending. The federal programs are set up to match on generous levels state spending.[1]
