He is someone whose name suggest it to be. He dont hide it like anybody else because he dont feel insecure of his personal identity. You can find him in Dipolog City, Philippines roaming around like a foreign tourist yet knows the place by heart. He has been there for more than 20 years now.

He is a traveller by nature of his work. By the way, he works for the Philippine Government so you don't have to doubt him. And he deals with other high ranking government officials too. He frequents Manila all the time. And yes, he has travel the world.

He is a lawyer by profession and a Government Counsel. He sure knows the boundary of copyright laws. Ask him! But then again, it will constitute consultation so better not unless you are prepared to shoulder some fees for the advice.

Other than legal stuff, you can ask him anything about the place he has been most of his life and you will not be disappointed with his answer.
