According to the Theoi Project references, Arion is "golden", "dark-maned", or has a "mane of fiery red". Where is the "green" mane coming from? Which translation of Statius? 67.162.118.167 (talk) 18:51, 17 March 2008 (UTC) Chris G.

This may have been an artifact of my translation of the article initially from the French Wikipedia article. According to the article, the green bit comes from the Thebaid. Please feel free to correct if your information is sourceable. Robert K S (talk) 19:30, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
