[edit] Terrorist act

To Alensohn: The Justice Department formally classified the incident as an act of terrorism. Whats wrong then with stating in the intro that it was a terrorist act? There does not even seem to be another POV sayin it was not a terrorist act. Is there a specific reason you don't want it to say that? Shlomke 23:34, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

  • Is there a source that supports this? Place it in the article, and I'm 100% in agreement. Alansohn 06:47, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Bobover?

I think the connection to Bobov is irrelevant. Both Ari Halberstam's family and the Bobover dynasty are descendants of Rabbi Chaim Halberstam of Sanz, but they have nothing else in common. More relevant, I think, is that Rabbi Meir Halberstam, the Tshakover Rebbe of Bnei Berak is (was? he is alive) Ari's grandfather, and Rabbi Naftali (Naftule) Halberstam, the Tshakover Rebbe of Jerusalem, and Rabbi Moshe Halberstam zt"l of the Edah HaChareidis are/were his great-uncles.
