Arild "Hulk" Haugen (born 1985) is a powerlifter and strongman from Sirdal, Norway.

Arild is 1.89 metres tall and weighs approximately 142kg now before NSM 08. He is capable of squatting 370kg, a deadlift of 370kg, and a bench press of 250kg.

It has been suggested that Arild has much potential, and in future Strongman competitions, will rival the impressive records set by Mariusz Pudzianowski.
