I've started to contribute in the Latin Wikiquote (http://la.wikiquote.org), ther I'm the only active user, in fact, at the beggining of the month of July I had submited 75% of the recent changes and created a number of pages equivalent to the 45% of the total number of articles. Currently I'm trying to translate the most important policies from the english Wikipedia (because the latin one hasn't much of that) but I still have the problem of the consensus (It's almost a dicatatorship). There was an administrator but she hasn't edit the mainspace since November 2005 ....
