Argyrolagus is an extinct genus of South American marsupial.
Jumping on its hind legs, the 40 cm (1 ft 4 in) long Argyrolagus resembled a gerbil or kultarr. Its long tail kept it balanced. Judging from its huge eyes, Argyrolagus was nocturnal. It is thought to have fed on desert plants.
