Argus McSwine

Argus McSwine is a fictional character from the Scrooge McDuck universe. He is an enemy of Scrooge McDuck and Donald Duck. He appears in many stories, both by Carl Barks and others. Sometimes he has the Beagle Boys working for him. His first appearance was in A Cold Bargain, Uncle Scrooge #17.

He appears in mostly stories by Vicar where he antagonizes Donald more than he does Scrooge. Argus is a lot like Neighbor Jones except that he does not live next door to Donald. He sometimes competes with Scrooge for some type of Prize in a way that Flintheart Glomgold or John Rockerduck would. Argus is one of the most evil villains in The Scrooge McDuck Universe.

There has been some speculation that he appeared on a DuckTales Episode as Victor Luzer.
