[edit] No longer a stub?

I'm thinking we ought to remove the stub tags. Lijphart is known for his arguments about consensus democracy. They are now summarized rather well, although I'm sure these summaries will grow and improve with time. Nonetheless, is this really still a stub? A10brown 01:10, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
