Parent to Area Code 209? The article mentions that 415 is the parent to 209. On both 209's page and 916's page, there is the claim that 209 is the child of 916. Which is correct? Are both correct (I don't know of a situation where an area code has been formed from parts of two others, but I haven't looked into the early history of area codes. 151.203.43.194 17:55, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
