Arch~Stone International is a women-owned retained executive search organization providing retained executive search services as well as pioneering Arch~Stone Society as the first and only global association exclusively for women-owned retained executive search firms. Headquartered in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia, they have representation in The Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

[edit] Origin of the Society's Name
Arch~Stone Society’s founder, S. Caitlin McCall-Baron (current Chairman) had a vision of going beyond retained executive search services and creating a global network of women-owned boutique executive search firms. As a graduate of Hollins College, a women's college, Ms. McCall-Baron has always striven to improve women's education and careers. The name Arch~Stone is derived from their vision of an ideal retained executive search.
An arch, as a structure that can only stand if all three elements work together, is core to the society's vision. Members of Arch~Stone believe strongly in the triple-win concept that any retained executive search must be done for the right reasons for all three search parties, the search firm, the client and the candidate.

Arch~Stone Society is the first and only global association exclusively for women-owned retained executive search firms. Retained executive search is an incredible career choice for women. Those who have taken the step beyond becoming a practitioner and who have started their own firm, share a unique perspective and have unique needs. Arch~Stone Society serves the needs of women-owned retained executive search firms and provides a global network of business development and search execution support and shared learning.

Arch~Stone Society gathers once per year in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia and hosts a series of e-seminars throughout the year.
