Arc Manche (French: arc, "arch"; and La Manche, "the English Channel") is a transnational regional network and assembly, founded in 1996 and 2005 respectively, incorporating all the southern counties of England and northern regions of France bordering the English Channel. Its founding aim is to achieve "improved integration of the Channel coastal regions within Europe". Arc Manche is funded through the European Union's Interreg IIIB Community Initiative.
On 12 October 2005, the French Socialist politician Alain Le Vern was elected the inaugural President of the Arc Manche Assembly.
