This user account is a bot operated by Eagle 101 (talk). It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually. Administrators: if this bot is malfunctioning or causing harm, please block it.

The purpose of this bot is to aid the arbitration committee and clerks by notifying disputants about the opening and closing of cases, and by creating case pages for their use. It was approved for trial at Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/ArbComBot.
