There is an inordinate amount of vandalism on the New Rochelle article regarding the Echo Bay development. The development HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED! The paragraph that keeps getting inserted is lifted from the developer's PROPOSAL, which in turn gets cited as a factual reference. The full presentation clearly states that the project has not yet gotten City approval. Further, there is a potential for a massive legal challenge from the people at www.saveourarmory.org and the United Veterans Memorial and Patriotic Association -- it is quite possible that this development will not happen if these concerns are not addressed. Further, at least one City Council member has publicly stated his intention to vote down any proposal which tears down the Armory (which is not "abandoned" as the proposal contends). Therefore it is premature to post this paragraph.
