Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to operate race track, intended to be used to illustrate the article about the track or do anything else that they do in relation to this logo.
The Aqueduct logo is used inclusion and adds significantly into the article Aqueduct Racetrack because it represents the subject of this article.
Unlikely to cause any financial damage to Aqueduct.
