Apristurus fedorovi is a cat shark of the family Scyliorhinidae found only on the Tohoku Slope, Japan, at depths of between 100 and 1,500 m. It grows to a maximum length of approximately 68 cm. This shark has oviparous reproduction, meaning that it lays eggs.
