APOP Kinyras Peyias (Greek: Αθλητικός Ποδοσφαιρικός Ομιλος Πέγειας Κινύρας;Athletic Football Club Peyia Kinyras) is a Cypriot football club from the village of Peyia[1] of Paphos District. The club was founded in 2003 after the merger of two clubs: APOP Peyias and Kinyras Empas.

The clubs name APOP means Athlitikos Podosferikos Omilos Pegeias (Athletic Football Club Peyia) and Kinyras' name [2] coming from the mythical king Kinyras who was the founder of Paphos.

The club's history began in 3rd Division (2003/04) where they promoted to Second Division as Champions[3]. The following season they were promoted again as Second Division Champions [1] to the Cypriot First Division for the first time. However, the team finished 12th in 2005/2006 season, which was their first appearance, and relegated back to the Second one [2]. They returned for a year in Second Division but they became again champions and promoted back to Second Division for second time.

The colours of the club are the yellow and the blue and the team's home is Pegeia Municipal Stadium. In 2005/06, when the team participated in the First Division, they were not allowed to use Pegeia Stadium, for the reason that the stadium does not satisfy the criteria of First Division and the team used for home the Pafiako Stadium. In 2007 expansions have been made in Pegeia stadium and APOP/Kinyras was allowed to use the Pegeia stadium.

In 2007 they were promoted to the Cypriot first division as second division champions. They will compete in the 2007-08 Cyprus first division championship.
