The APU shown in the image is an APS3200 model manufactured by Hamilton Sundstrand, San Diego. It is not a Honeywell unit. APIC (Auxiliary Power International Corporation) was purchased by Hamilton Sundstrand (a subsidiary of United Technologies) and is the primary competitor to Honeywell's APU business.

The APU in the picture is an APIC APS3200. APIC is a Hamilton Sundstrand company, but its existence predates the merger of Sundstrand Aerospace and Hamilton Standard. The APS3200 is used in the Airbus A318, A319, A320 and A321 aircraft. Other APIC APUs include the APS2000 (Classic B737) and APS2100 (B717).
