Advanced Placement Human Geography (also known as AP Human Geography or AP Human) is a course and examination offered by the College Board as part of the Advanced Placement Program.
This college-level course introduces students to the systematic study of patterns and processes that have shaped human understanding, use, and alteration of Earth's surface. Students employ spatial concepts and landscape analysis to analyze human social organization and its environmental consequences. They also learn about the methods and tools geographers use in their science and practice.

The exam is made up of two parts which are each worth 50% of the score. Each section is timed. The first section lasts 60 minutes, and the second section is 75 minutes. The first part of the exam is 75 multiple-choice questions. The second part is three free response questions, which have multiple parts.

In the 2007 administration, 29,005 students took the exam from 1,083 schools. The mean score was a 2.58, the lowest mean score of all the 2007 AP Exams.
