Antan Tutra was born in 1964 in Durres(Albania).Tutra started to paint since when he was very young.
In 1982,he graduated from "Jordan Misja" school of fine arts in Tirana,where he learned the basis of representational arts: painting,prospective and morphology of art.He continues his studies in the academy of arts from which he graduates in 1990Tirana,Albania.In 1991,the year of the big political changes in Albania,he settles in Italy,where he becomes the representative of the albanian art.He exhibits along with italian artists in Brindisi,the town that hosted the great albanian exode.He exhibits with solo and collective shows and also designs the backstage of an italo-albanian show"Show at two voices".Later,he takes part in other exhibitions in Northern Italy,France,Albania,etc.
Actually,he lives and works as a fine artist in N.J.,USA.
