Mythsearcher, I think that you are correct that quoting the whole section verbatim would be on the shady edge of copyright violation even with proper attribution.

What I was trying to state in my comment was that the following phrasing could be improved by being more exact about who said it where:

In the Gundam Encyclopedia:"Gundam Officials", the editor, Yuka Minakawa, quoted the original author of Mobile Suit Gundam, Yoshiyuki Tomino, that the Federation needed the treaty to be signed because:

Sounds right to you? The Gundam officials book might require a page or a sub section in some page to have a full explanation of what it is, and it surely is not a good idea to place it here. MythSearcher^talk 15:46, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
