Antonio López Fajardo (Born Antonio López de Haro Fajardo on November 25, 1916 in El Palmar, Estado Bolivar, Venezuela - died January 3, 1998 in Caracas, Venezuela) was CEO and Chairman of the Board for Pepsi-Cola y Hit de Venezuela from 1973 until 1996. He was also a graduate from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. Pepsi-Cola y Hit de Venezuela was a group of 25 companies and later part of the Cisneros Group. Mr. López Fajardo retired in 1996 and became honorary Chairman of the Board until his death in 1998. He is credited with having made Pepsi-Cola y Hit de Venezuela the largest private corporation in Venezuela during his tenure. Mr. López Fajardo was also awarded the prestigious Orden Francisco de Miranda, for his contributions to the economic development of Venezuela.

Mr. López Fajardo was married to Maria Lucila Ramirez de López. The couple would be married until Mr. Lopez Fajardo’s death in 1998, and would have four children during their forty-nine year marriage. The eldest of them is investment banker turned photographer, Alejandro López de Haro.
