Antonel Borsan (born 29 April 1970) represented Romania in flatwater canoeing in the mid-1990s. He was a double world champion in the four-man Canadian canoe (C-4) event. He also won an Olympic silver medal at Atlanta 1996 in the C-2 1000m with partner Marcel Glavan, finishing in a time of 3:32.294 behind the German pair Dittmer and Kirchbach.[citation needed]
