There were no centralized Anti-WEF protests in Switzerland in January 2006. Local demonstrations were held in Basel.

Non-violent protests including activities such as street-theater and "Dance out WEF" events were held in the capital city, Bern, on two separate weekends in January 2006; clashes with police were not reported.
