Anthony Manetta

Anthony Manetta is the Vice Chairman of the Suffolk County Independence Party of New York in which he was selected in December of 2007. Mr. Manetta also holds the position as Senior Advisor to the New York State and National Independence Party Chairman Frank MacKay, the proponent of New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to run for President of the United States as a third party candidate. The Independence Party of New York is the largest 3rd Party in America with over 340,000 registered members in the State.

Anthony Manetta is also President of the Roosevelt Strategy Group, a Public Affairs and Public Relations consulting firm, where he was a senior advisor to Jeanine Pirro for New York State Attorney General and managed the campaign for Suffolk County Sheriff Vincent DeMarco, to which he also served as the director of the Sheriff's Transition Team in 2006. In 2005 Anthony Manetta was selected by the Long Island Press as the best political puppet master along with Suffolk County and Nassau County Democratic Chairmen Jay Jacobs and Richard Schaffer.

Known also as a political internet pioneer, Anthony Manetta was the founder of Long Island's first online political community, LI Politics.com in 2001, serving Long Island New York’s 7 million residents.
