Anthony D. "Tony" Giarratana is a commercial real estate developer based in Nashville, Tennessee. His projects have had a major impact on the Nashville skyline since 1998, when he completed The Cumberland, a 24-story apartment building. Giarratana finished Viridian, a 31-story condo tower, in 2006. Since 2005, he has been trying to develop Signature Tower, a planned condo and hotel high-rise of 55 stories or more that would become the tallest building in the Southeast if completed.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Giarratana has held real estate positions in the Tampa area, Denver, New Orleans, Los Angeles and Dallas in addition to Nashville.
