There has been one Anstruther-Gray baronetcy.

- Created in the Baronetage of Great Britain July 4, 1956
- William John St Clair Anstruther-Gray (March 5, 1905 - August 6, 1985) - He was created 1st Baronet Anstruther-Gray on July 4, 1956 and subsequently was created Baron Kilmany, of Kilmany in the County of Fifeshire on June 2, 1966 with which both his baronetcy merged until its extinction on his death. He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Fife in 1974.[1]
