Ansião (pron. IPA: [ɐ̃si'ɐ̃ũ]), is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 176.2 km² and a total population of 13,673 inhabitants.
The municipality is composed of 8 parishes, and is located in the district of Leiria.
The present Mayor is Fernando Ribeiro Marques, elected by the Social Democratic Party.
The municipal holiday is the Ascension on May 25.
