[edit] Making disamb rather than simple REDIRECT

This page formerly redirected to Hypoxia (medical), however, this was inappropriate given the various contexts of "anoxia".

I believe that the various Wikipedia articles on subjects relating to anoxia and hypoxia need to be edited and merged as appropriate -- the situation is currently rather a mess.
