An Open Book is the autobiography of Monica Dickens. I (Kraxler) scanned the cover. The book was first published by William Heinemann Ltd in 1978. This cover belongs to the re-edition by Penguin Books Ltd, Harmondsworth, Middlesex, England; Penguin Books, 625 Madison avenue, New York 10022, U.S.A.; Penguin Books Australia Ltd, Ringwood, Victoria, Australia; Penguin Books Canada Ltd, 2801 John Street, Markham, Ontario, Canada L3R 1B4; and Penguin Books (N.Z.) Ltd, 182-190 Wairau Road, Auckland 10, New Zealand in 1980, ISBN 0 14 00.5197 X. The book was made and printed in Great Britain by Hazell Watson & Viney Ltd, Aylesbury, Bucks.
