Ann M. Dibb

Ann Monson Dibb has been the second counselor to Elaine S. Dalton in the general presidency of the Young Women organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since April 2008..
Dibb was born Ann Monson and is the daughter Thomas S. Monson and Frances Johnson. She received a bachelor's degree in Eduaction from Brigham Young University.
She married Roger Dibb and has been a full-time homemaker in raising their four children. Among other LDS Church positions, Dibb has served as a member of the general board of the Young Women organization and as a ward Relief Society president.
