I am an administrator on the English Wikipedia who is happy to answer anyone seeking explanations, help, or guidance. If you are bothered by one of my administrative actions, please let me know in a civil manner. Incivility or the use of excessive amounts of substandard English (i.e., AIM talk) will result in the removal of your comments. I am willing to adopt new, well-meaning editors who request it by a message on my talk page on a first-come, first-served basis. I do not, however, have any sort of structured adoption program compared to that of other users; if you yen for a more structured adoption, please ask another willing adopter. Unlike some editors, both new and old, who know only of deletionism and inclusionism and thus think these are the only existing editing philosophies, I am a Precisionist and think that finding middle ground is the best approach to solving polemics.
