Needs to be much abbreviated and cleaned up. MarcAurel 02:12, 7 February 2006 (UTC)

More importantly, the article probably ought to be about the prominent Indian-American logician and philosopher Anil Gupta, than about the Indian businessman, for two reasons: (1) This is an English-language encyclopedia, so the former is likely to be of more interest; (2) The former's work figures (or should figure) in a number of other articles on Wikipedia.

Curious. There seem to be three Anil Guptas of significance. There was an Indian businessman, to whom this article was originally directed (and to which version of the article both of the above comments refer). Then there's the philosopher--surely the most important one, as Aristotle argued. And then there's this TV producer one, to whom the article has been silently redirected. This wikipedia of yours is a strange place indeed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 136.142.23.8 (talk) 07:40, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
