Image talk:Animatedspreadsheet.gif

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If you are computer savvy, you can create your own animated GIFs from a few frames using ImageMagick (or GraphicsMagick).

  1. Capture your screenshot frames, and save them as PNG or BMP (never as JPEG!). I also suggest naming them in an order that can be sorted in, such as 01.png, 02.png, etc.
  2. Open a command prompt, and type something like this:
convert -delay 200 *.png Animatedspreadsheet.gif

Other examples for the usage exist on the web, such as here (this works fine under Windows too). +mt 20:44, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
