[edit] Fair use rationale for use in Anima (band)

Though this image is subject to copyright, it is believed that its use in the Anima (band) article qualifies as fair use because:

It is a publicity photograph of the band, made public through their official website to promote their work and make their members known;
It is used to illustrate the main subject of the article and this usage is in compliance with the copyright holder's aim in making it public;
The usage of the image will not harm the sales of the band;
It is of low resolution, meaning that copies made from it will be of very inferior quality.

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion.
