Should we possibly split the whole group into Kids/Adults only/Japanese/Teens/By country subcategories? Reading the list as a whole is not really convenient.

My two cents are: by country is fine but by age is not. Powerpuff Girls, for example, is primarily aimed at younger kids, but I've enjoyed episodes of the show and I am far from that age range. An additional reason is I would be fairly sure (without looking) that a list of Japanese cartoons (anime) exists already elsewhere on Wikipedia.

Nippon Animation is a studio, not an animated television series, and "List of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy episodes" is under "G", not "List" as other shows' lists are.

There's an entry for "Talk:Papyrus (Dupuis)" but no article to accompany it.
