Anita Howard (born 22 March 1969) is a retired American sprinter who specialized in the 400 metres. She attended the University of Florida.
She won a silver medal in the 4 x 400 metres relay at the 1997 World Indoor Championships in Paris, together with teammates Shanelle Porter, Natasha Kaiser-Brown and Jearl Miles-Clark. The team set a new North American indoor record of 3:27.66 minutes.
Her personal best time is 51.01 seconds, achieved in June 1992 in Austin.[1]
