Anime Pulse is a podcast which covers all ranges of new and old Anime as well as the latest news on the Anime industry. Anime Pulse was awarded the 2006 Podcast Award for "Best Cultural/Arts Podcast."[1].

[edit] The Hosts
Anime Pulse is hosted by Ichigo and Batou. One a computer scientist, the other a physicist, they are both large Anime fans who have been part of fandom for years.
They live in Boulder, CO, and produce the show independently.
They have performed live shows at Nan Desu Kan in both 2006 and 2007, and travel around to various cons providing audio and photographic coverage of the shows.

In early 2006 Anime Pulse started doing a weekly podcast for theOtaku.com covering the latest news and comments over the previous week on the site. The show is still ongoing.

Manga Pulse was started in 2007 as a complementary show that focuses on reviewing Manga. It is hosted by Weltall and Tim the Enchanter.
