[edit] June 2008
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on The Singles (86-98). Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. JD554 (talk) 20:38, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the article Music for the Masses has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. Please use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did, and feel free to use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. Specifically telling another editor they should be shot cannot be tolerated.Thank you. JD554 (talk) 20:46, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
[edit] 3RR Warning for multiple edit wars
Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. 82.69.68.47 (talk) 06:35, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Remain civil
I protected The Singles (86-98) to allow for discussion not so you could abuse other editors. I also notice some edit summaries lie this. Take a few minutes and read Wikipedia:Civility. Thanks. CambridgeBayWeather Have a gorilla 10:11, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
It's clear that you take this seriously—perhaps a little too seriously? Anyway, if you want to try to persuade someone over to your point of view you certainly aren't going to succeed if you continually insult. I am specifically referring to this edit. I will not respond to you until you can discuss this in a civil manner. --JD554 (talk) 13:09, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
