[edit] Much Older Than 50

This woman is considerably older than 50. She's looking at 60 in her rearview mirror. I've seen her face to face. Reality is not pretty.

to remain on a "neutral" tone, I have ALSO heard that while she is "body hot," plastic surgery has done nothing to slow the aging process. she does seem to be one of the immortal figures of Hollywood/L.A. though. It would be interesting to see, for whoever chooses to complete this entry, if the inclusion of the ranting and frequent attacks by a New Times L.A. writer will make it to the entry. The New Times L.A. is no more (since 2002) but every week there was a new article by this writer where he would talk about his obsessive hate for the pin up. --HatchetFaceBuick 18:31, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Pink Corvette?

Doesn't she drive some sort of hot-pink car? jengod 22:54, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

Yes. We spotted her yesterday on the 101 freeway near I-405 driving a hot-pink (well, more Pepto Bismol colored) with California plates 'Angelyne'. We got next to her doing 60+ mph and she kinda looks like her photos, only much older. Someone here guessed over 60. She's at least that old.. --68.4.26.97 03:47, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Picture?

since Angelyne is famous for her billboards (if you are from So. Cal. and have been to Hollywood in the last 20 yrs. you would know this), how come no one has put up a picture yet? --HatchetFaceBuick 18:26, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

Agreed, it's a travesty. --Bobak 22:55, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] It Should Happen to You

Was Angelyne inspired by the 1954 motion picture, It Should Happen to You, in which an out-of-work model named Gladys Glover, wanting to "be somebody," spends the last of her money to have her name put on a billboard... and through various plot twists leverages herself into national prominence?
