[edit] Could use some expansion

This article can use some expansion and editing, so if you have time (and know what you're talking about) please take a shot at it. Otherwise I'll come back and do it at some point. There seems to be a lot of overzealous editing going on this summer in Wikipedia, and some person or bot marked this article as subject to deletion for 'non-notability' which is simply silly. So I put in a bunch of references to articles about the ACA in USA Today, Success, Forbes, and elsewhere. I hope this lays the issue to rest once and for all.
