Request reason: "I have been blocked a few times before, but this time it wasn't even me. The ip address is complety differnet. My IP Address is: 83.105.65.65 and that is true. I checked it using my internet status. Now will you please unblock me. I am starting to think that the people of wikipedia are just blocking me for the fun of it."

Decline reason: "I stand by the block issued by User:Yamla; you have no positve contributions. You have used sockpuppets for nonsense, you have added nonsense to the admins notice boards.
