I've watched a few anime in my days. I only watch some if they're recommended to me; if you know of a good one please leave a note.

My first real anime series was Fullmetal Alchemist. I started by watching it on [adult swim], then copied the subs from my roommate and proceeded to watch the rest of it in about 3 weeks. I still try to make a point of watching "new" episodes on [adult swim], and I own both of the currently (as of 2 September 2005) released video games for the PlayStation 2. FMA is by far my overall favorite anime that I've seen.

After that, I watched Hikaru no Go. I had it sitting around for quite some time, but I never had the time nor motivation to watch it. I liked it quite a bit.

Last, I have Naruto laying around waiting for me to have time to watch it. From what I've heard from one of my friends, it's pretty kick-ass.
