Andrew Diamond B.A., LL.B., M.B.A. is the Vice Chair of the Ontario License Appeal Tribunal, and the Deputy Registrar in Bankruptcy of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Andrew Diamond graduated from Upper Canada College in 1982, McGill University in 1985 and Osgoode Hall Law School in 1989.

Andrew Diamond was counsel on a number of Canada's leading insolvency and restructuring cases including Confederation Life and SkyDome. In 2006 Andrew Diamond was appointed Deputy Registrar in Bankruptcy for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice by Chief Justice Heather Smith.

In addition to his profession responsibility Andrew Diamond is a member of the board of directors of the Society of Ontario Arbitrators and Regulators (SOAR) and the Toronto Committee of Human Rights Watch.
