[edit] Notability of subject

Notwithstanding the quality of the article (which could unquestionably be improved), I think Andy Votel is a notable enough figure on the UK music scene to warrant an entry in Wikipedia. As well as being the co-founder of Twisted Nerve Records and the sleeve designer of Badly Drawn Boy's first album (The Hour of Bewilderbeast), he has produced his own music and remixed many others'. OK, well, no-one has disagreed with me so I am going to remove the deletion template and try and come back to this article later and tone it down a bit.
