[edit] Andy as Laura Palmer's killer rumor?

Remember when the whole "Who killed Laura Palmer?" question had reached a fever-pitch (between the 2 seasons), word started going around that, of all people, Deputy Andy was going to revealed as Laura's killer! The whole "it's the person you least expect" idea, or Lynch was pissed that they wanted it solved, and threw the name out to shut people up.
