I have the book ... somewhere. The summary here is vaguely compatible with what I remember about it, but I haven't read it in 25 years. It's a start, but I wouldn't want to copyedit without the book in front of me and that would necessitate some digging. --Dhartung | Talk 06:44, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
