Source	Located at: http://www.amb-grece.fr/grece/1950-a_nos_jours.htm It is the website of the Greek Embassy in France. It is a photo of the PASOK leader. As such it is promotional material. It is a historically significant photo of a famous politician. The photo is only being used for informational purposes. The photo was part of a press release, widely circulated in the public domain through news articles appearing in Greek and international newspapers and Greek Government press releases. Its use in Wikipedia is therefore claimed under the Fair use guidelines.
