Andy Penman (20 February 1943 in Rosyth - 1994) was a Scottish professional football player who is best known for his time with Dundee.
Penman started his career a Dundee and moved to Rangers in 1967. He played at Ibrox for five seasons but left to join Arbroath in 1972.[1] He gained his only Scotland cap in 3-0 defeat to the Netherlands on 11 May 1966.[2]
Penman died in 1994, aged 51.
