Andrew Solomon was a fictional character on the New Zealand soap opera Shortland Street.

He was CEO of Shortland Street Hospital. He married Sarah Potts but they divorced.His marriage to Sarah didn't end happily as just after being pronounced husband and wife a very pregnant Robyn Stokes showed up,and announced she was pregnant with Andrew's children.He moved to london with Robyn and their unborn twins.A few months later, it was revealed in a letter to his younger sister Claire that him and Robyn had gotten married and that robyn had given birth to twin boys.On July 9, 2007 his sister Claire was the first victim of "The Ferndale Strangler" Joey Henderson.
